home of record
snowfalls, more than any
Colorado resorts and almost twice as much as the 3 Park City areas.
2) Lodging off mountain, & Lift ticket rates for these 4 resorts
are far less than the 3 Park City Areas and less than most any
Colorado resorts! 3) You arrive at your unit in 25 minutes from
leaving the airport. 4) Finally, less crowded then the 3 Park City

still nice condos are located right on the foothills of the Wasatch
Mountains. They are right between Big Cottonwood and Little
Cottonwood Canyons. With it's central location and a ski bus stop
located near the entrance, getting to the slopes is quick and
convenient, and you can ski a different resort every day!
Almost all of these units have
private hot tubs lined up in a row on the back decks, fireplaces, and
full garages. Choose from 3 bedroom - 1 bathroom, 3 bedroom- 2 1/2
bathroom, or a 5 bedroom - 3 1/2 bath units. 5 bedroom 31/2 bath unit
offers a Jacuzzi tub and is divided into 2 semi private "apartments"
each with it's own kitchen, bed & bath rooms and living rooms.
They also include cable TV with VCRs, washer dryers, fabulous views,
and are close to shopping.
Canyon Racquet Club moderate to nice

baths: Located right at the
base of Big Cottonwood Canyon! Multi level rustic condos built in
1980 featuring some views of the Salt Lake Valley from the decks with

The following lodging is in the Salt Lake valley, within 0-3
miles of the base of both of the Cottonwood Canyons, the ski
areas' access roads. They are central and convenient to 7
major ski resorts. These valley units are approx. 15 minutes
from the 4 above resorts, and still just 30 minutes from the
three Park City ski areas. They are priced much less than
the cost of lodging at the resorts. Rated Best Value by the
Utah Lodging Association!
Cancellation Policy:
All charges and payments are to pay for the ability to
reserve a unit, and are not refundable even if the unit is
not used. If reservations are canceled 60 days or more
before arrival, a full refund less a $75.00 charge will be
given. Canceling 30 to 59 days before scheduled arrival will
result in a two night charge. Cancellation less than 30 days
prior will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds for
units deemed unsatisfactory by renter. Renter is responsible
to know unit, amenities, and bedding before
booking.
